I’m Pratiti Pathak — Resilience & Intentional Leadership Coach and speaker.
I support women who carry a lot and are ready to lead themselves with clarity, confidence, and intention — without burning themselves out in the process.

My work is grounded in helping women move from overwhelm to alignment, from reaction to intention, and from living on autopilot to creating results by design.

My Story

I didn’t arrive at this work through theory alone.
Life has been my greatest teacher.

 

Growing up navigating two cultures, I learned early what it felt like to try to belong while still staying true to myself. That experience shaped my awareness, resilience, and ability to see people beneath the roles they carry.

 

Later, becoming a single mother and experiencing profound loss further refined how I understand strength, leadership, and healing. Those chapters of my life didn’t break me — they deepened me. They taught me how to regulate through uncertainty, reconnect to inner clarity, and intentionally choose how I move forward, even when life felt unpredictable.

Through it all, I learned that resilience isn’t about pushing through or being “stronger.” It’s about learning how to respond instead of react, how to lead yourself through challenge with compassion, and how to create stability from the inside out.

That understanding is the foundation of the work I do today.

How I Work

My approach blends emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and intentional design — supporting women in creating lives and goals that feel aligned, sustainable, and truly their own.
At the core of my work:

Whether through private coaching, group experiences, leadership development, speaking, or immersive retreats, my focus is always the same: helping women lead their lives with intention and create results that actually last.

What Grounds Me

Outside of my work, I’m grounded by nature, stillness, and intentional practices that help me reset, reflect, and reconnect. Creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect isn’t separate from the work I do — it’s the foundation of how I live, lead, and support others.

These practices remind me — and the women I work with — that clarity comes from slowing down, not speeding up.
